If you can’t make date night on valentine’s day,  channel your inner Baker with these “Bad” Brownies! Think rich chocolate with a kick of espresso, swirled with raspberry jam like her iconic lip liner. They’re guaranteed to satisfy your sweet tooth. Bake like a boss!

Here’s what you need:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup strong brewed espresso
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam

Here’s how you do it:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and cocoa powder until smooth.
  3. Stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
